Phillip Mock

With a background in Asset-Based Community Development and Collective Impact, Phillip is a transformative leader who seeks to innovate spaces and systems to maximize people’s potential. 

Phillip brings unique skills to this work with his Master’s is Counselling Psychology and being a professor at Fanshawe College in the Social Service Worker program. Throughout his tenure as Project Coordinator of the Prosperity Roundtable and now Executive Director of Vision Us, Phillip has remained focused on creating space for community-led and youth-led change initiatives to lead positive growth in communities. His goal with Vision Us is to create such a space where communities have the tools they need to keep doing the work they do so well.
